The stock Hotend has done an incredible job.
I’ve only ever printed PLA and PETG, so no surprise. Over its entire lifespan it only chocked on Filament impurities once.
I am currently in the middle of upgrading my ancient Creality CR-10. A good printer at the time (circa 2016) missing modern quality of life features. I first toyed with the idea of building a Voron, see this as a learning prerequisite.

In September 2021, I bought a cheap HP x24C. A curved 24" 144Hz 1080p Monitor, which supports Freesync. I mainly went for this one because my main display is 144Hz as well, and having the same refresh rate on all displays causes less problems.

QMK and VIA, are awesome pieces of firmware for your keyboard.
They enable crazy shortcuts, programmable keys, macros and much more.
A friend came to me with a broken Samsung Galaxy S4, its screen would never turn on, but it was reacting to receiving charge and being plugged into the computer. That friend wanted to recover all data on that phone. Too bad android does not auto mount storage when plugged in.
3 years ago, I set out to replace my Logitech G910, with close to the best thing available.
I am talking about the only good way of being Lazy.
Where a reasonable time investment now, will save a lot of work in the future.

For my first couple of weeks on Manjaro, back at the start of 2022, I had a lot of freezes. While there are a lot of things that can cause freezes, on my specific hardware it was easy to track down the issue.
